Changing practices<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This industry practice of unnecessarily replacing roofs that can be repaired has a significant ecological impact. On the one hand, new products have to be manufactured all the time. This requires the use of new resources and raw materials. On the other hand, according to the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA<\/a>), some 40 million tonnes of roofing materials are sent to landfill every year.<\/p>\n

By working in concert with members of the industry, we have allied ourselves with visionaries who respect the customer’s passion for real estate, their desire to make a return and their concern for the environment.<\/p>\n

As much as we’d like everyone to embrace this approach, we’re aware that, unfortunately, there are still people who sacrifice the environment for the sake of money.<\/p>\n

Customers with environmental values<\/strong><\/h2>\n
