The main raw material of CRB nos RH: our human resources. The workplace plays a critical role in maintaining good mental health. It makes people feel productive and promotes their well-being. However, it can also be a source of stress and contribute to increased illness and mental health problems. No workplace is immune to such risks. Thus, our definition of occupational health and safety cannot be limited to the physical aspect.<\/p>\n\n

As most adults spend most of their day at work. Addressing the mental health issues that arise is critical. Many Canadian employees are concerned about psychological health and safety in the workplace. When a workplace is not healthy and safe, there could be serious consequences for staff.<\/p>\n\n

How do we get there?<\/h2>\n\n

Our vision is to create a culture that integrates psychological health, safety and well-being into all aspects of the workplace through collaboration and respect.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

More than ever, a company must rely on the talent of its employees and make sure to put in place the necessary \n conditions necessary for<\/em>\n<\/a> to deploy their full potential. Mobilization is a key element in the retention of our employees. Their satisfaction can become a significant indicator to assess the climate within a company.<\/p>\n\n

To do this, we have put in place tools that are accessible to all employees and managers. Whether it is to measure the level of satisfaction<\/a>, of their personal development, but also <\/em>and most importantly, to provide solutions to the human challenges that can undermine the satisfaction and commitment of our staff.<\/p>\n\n

Fulfillment at work, maintaining motivation, managing stress, learning to work in a team, feeling competent at work, preventing psychological harassment, these are all needs that can be worked on in collaboration.<\/p>\n\n
