That&#8217;s why at Testudo we can count on Isabelle, our happiness artist. The Happiness Manager helps ensure that the work environment is conducive to well-being. But what a great idea! Especially for companies that understand that an employee who feels good at work is twice as effective.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The role of our &#8220;happiness artist<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Halfway between the profession of event creator and mediator, the <em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hays.fr\/Article_blog_Hays_France_et_Luxembourg\/Responsable_du_bonheur_en_entreprise_CHO\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">happiness manager<\/a> <\/em> must be creative, dynamic and attentive to others.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A diploma of happiness in the company does not yet exist! First and foremost, it takes a profile. We therefore entrusted this mission to an employee who had the skills and personality to successfully take on this role.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>According to Isabelle, being a happiness agent is having a lot of fun at work when everyone else thinks you&#8217;re not working<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Do you also have doubts about the workload? Here are some of his tasks:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Planning and organizing activities;<\/li>\r\n<li>the creation of a serene, joyful and warm work environment;<\/li>\r\n<li>the valorisation of each employee.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>Our general manager is particularly fond of our &#8220;artist of happiness&#8221;?<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>This fun-loving little ball of energy never misses a beat when it comes to coming up with original ideas and adding a touch of humor to our many Testudo festive gatherings. Her painting skills and good humor have been put to good use throughout the work environment.
