No, there’s no fee for your roof’s inspection nor for the preparation to present your Testudo monthly payments.

Testudo will take good care of you. If damage costs are over Testudo’s insurance deductible, they will be covered by our insurance. It’s similar to a full “bumper to bumper” car insurance!

Yes, our civil responsibility insurance covers damages for up to $5 million.
Once our Testudo solution is in place, there will be no more emergencies! Our solution is proactive. We prevent instead of healing. However, in the event of an emergency, we have local service teams that can act quickly.
Yes, the agreement can be canceled at any time, and even a couple of months after a complete roofing job! All details and associated fees are written in the contract. In general, you only have to make sure that the monthly payments cover the work done.
Many factors can affect our presence on site for inspections or maintenance. You can expect a visual inspection in early spring, a thermography in summer if needed and a maintenance team intervention in fall to make sure the roof is ready for snow. The intervention required following the inspections will be planned during summer. Preventive snow removal is also included to make sure the drains work well.
The monthly payments will take in consideration your current roof situation, wo you won’t have any other fee than the agreed monthly payment.
There are as many car types as there are roof types available on the market. Your monthly payment will be calculated for your specific building and its current condition. Our evaluation includes the complete replacement of your roof.
The agreement is of indefinite duration meaning it never ends. However, the agreement could be canceled at any moment according to the terms of the contract.
Replacing the roof is a solution which offers a short-term peace of mind since we must not forget that a roof is “alive”. Testudo is the solution to preserve that long-term peace of mind, to free you from any responsibility and to save you money.
Yes, the contract is transferable without charge to the new owner. If the new owner is not interested in continuing the agreement, it will terminate the agreement according to the terms of the contract.
In fact, magic does not exist! If we consider that a definitive long-term repair is not possible, we will then opt for replacement according to the Testudo standards. Between the signing of the agreement and work execution, it’s possible that leaks may occur.
If emergency repairs are to be made following the signing of the agreement, our teams can move within 4 hours. However, final repairs will be scheduled when our Testudo solution is put in place after the complete inspection.
Testudo is more than a maintenance program. It’s a lifetime guarantee and it’s a transfer of responsibility that gives you the peace of mind you’re looking for. The maintenance or repair services available on the market do not guarantee that your roof will not leak and do not cover interior repairs.
Yes. Each building must be considered separately, but an overall discount will be applied if several buildings are granted at the same time.
Testudo takes care of everything from the moment the agreement is signed.
No, there is no area too small or too big. However, it must be a flat roof on a commercial building. Testudo reserves the right no to submit an offer once the inspection has been completed.
Yes, an endorsement could be added to the contract once signed. If changes require more than an endorsement, a new contract may be presented. The original agreement will always be active until the endorsement or new contract is signed.
